At Remitara, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your corporate and personal data. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our platform.

1. Non-Custodial Product Boundary

Remitara does not custody, hold, pool, safeguard, or receive customer funds. Payment authorization and execution occur with financial providers under your contracts with those providers.

2. Data We Process

In order to provide our API orchestration and automated treasury services, we process:

• Identity & Contact Information: Names, emails, and corporate details of your administrators and coordinators.
• Payroll & Invoice Information: Contractor details, banking codes (IBAN, IFSC, SWIFT), and parsed invoice line-items.
• Integration Tokens: Encrypted OAuth tokens for Xero, NetSuite, and other third-party integrations.

3. Security Standards

We implement industry-grade security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit to protect all processed data. Read access is strictly restricted through role-based access controls (RBAC) and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
