Welcome to Remitara. By accessing or using our website, design partner materials, platform, integrations, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. The Services

Remitara provides software to automate offshore contractor payroll workflows, including invoice capture, internal approval, payment-draft preparation, provider handoff, and status reconciliation. Remitara does not hold customer funds. Final authorization and execution occur with the financial provider under your agreement with that provider.

2. Bring Your Own Contract (BYOC)

You must maintain active, compliant accounts with our supported financial providers used for payment authorization. You are solely responsible for adhering to the terms, fees, and regulatory requirements of those platforms.

3. Limitation of Liability

Remitara is not liable for payment delays, clearing failures, third-party fee changes or service outages caused by financial providers or networks. An unknown response may require manual status review; it will not be treated as permission to submit elsewhere.
